I made the usb from a mojave virtual machine with clover bootloader v2.5k r 5104 ( i dont know if the problem is that mojave are the latest 10.14.6) the kexts i use are FakeSMC, Lilu, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, USBinjectAll, RealtekRTL8111. This is the version able to boot on DMG files, allowing Big Sur recovery to boot.
